The Contractual Arrangements for your access and use of the services and content provided by the FeeMe website feeme.com (the “Site”), the mobile application FeeMe (the “App”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”) constitute your agreement to be bound by these terms (“FeeMe”).
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and FeeMe, , concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
FeeMe may immediately terminate these terms or any services with you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the service or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason. FeeMe may also change or amend the terms, including the financial terms related to the FeeMe services, from time to time at its sole discretion. FeeMe will post a notice on the web, mobile application, or by email whenever these terms and conditions have been changed or otherwise updated.
It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically. The modified or amended terms will expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you upon FeeMe’s posting of such updated terms. Your continued access or use of the services provided by FeeMe constitutes your consent to be bound by the terms and conditions, as amended or modified.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with our services is as provided in our privacy policy.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
FeeMe is a dynamic platform that empowers users to engage and monetize their expertise. Users can place bounties on questions, incentivizing others to provide top answers and earn rewards. FeeMe also supports seamless earning through a non-custodial Bitcoin-based system. Users with expertise in specific domains can provide specialized guidance across various topics, allowing for deep, valuable connections.
Focused on user-controlled earnings, FeeMe offers flexible pricing models, enabling users to set their rates for calls and messages. With privacy protection as a priority, FeeMe creates a transparent, incentive-driven community where knowledge seekers connect with experts in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

If, after participating in any of the aforementioned services, you suspect fraud about a particular User of FeeMe, you agree to notify us at support@feeme.com. FeeMe will do its best to evaluate the circumstances and, where appropriate, remove the fraudulent accounts.
The FeeMe Letter Grading System ranks users from A+ to D based on response quality, user satisfaction, and engagement. Higher grades enhance visibility, helping users identify top expertise and motivating them to uphold high standards.
FeeMe provides a reporting feature to ensure a safe, respectful community. Users can report inappropriate content or behavior that violates guidelines, such as harassment or misinformation. Reports are confidential and reviewed by FeeMe’s moderation team, with actions ranging from warnings to suspensions, helping maintain a trustworthy, professional environment.
FeeMe’s one-to-one messaging enables direct, secure communication between users and expertise. This feature allows for personalized guidance, follow-up questions, and detailed discussions, creating a more tailored experience. Users can connect privately, fostering clarity and trust in each interaction.
By using the FeeMe application and its services, you understand and agree that no employer-employee relationship, partnership, or agency relationship exists between you and FeeMe. FeeMe does not endorse or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, advice, or information provided by users within the platform. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. FeeMe is not responsible for any actions or decisions made based on user interactions or content shared within the application.
FeeMe serves as a platform for users to share and exchange information, advice, and content. However, FeeMe does not create, verify, or endorse any content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, or other materials, that is submitted or shared by users. All content provided by users reflects the opinions and views of those individuals and does not necessarily represent the views or opinions of FeeMe.
FeeMe disclaims any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of such user-generated content. Users are encouraged to exercise discretion and judgment when interacting with or relying on content created by others. By using the FeeMe application, you acknowledge and accept that FeeMe is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your reliance on content not created by FeeMe.
FeeMe has no obligation to monitor or restrict access to any submitted content and assumes no liability for your access to or use of such content, to the extent permissible under applicable law.
You may be directed to third-party websites or applications, either directly by FeeMe or through user expertise. FeeMe does not endorse these third parties and does not exercise control over them in any manner. Consequently, the Company disclaims any liability associated with third-party services. You are encouraged to take appropriate measures to assess whether accessing the services provided by a third party is appropriate and safe.
All interactions within the application must adhere to these Terms and Conditions. If your conduct, in our sole discretion, restricts or inhibits other users from using or enjoying any part of the application, we may limit or terminate your privileges. This may include seeking other remedies, such as canceling your account or forfeiting any unredeemed value associated with your account.
The following activities are prohibited on the App and constitute violations of these Terms and Conditions:
FeeMe reserves the right to terminate your use of the service and/or the application. To ensure that the company provides a high-quality experience for you and other users of the application and the service, you agree that FeeMe or its representatives may access your account and records on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or allegations of abuse, infringement of third party rights, or other unauthorized uses of the application or the Service.
FeeMe does not intend to disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless required by law, but FeeMe reserves the right to terminate your account or your access to the application immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if FeeMe believes that you have violated any of the Terms and Conditions, furnished FeeMe with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the application or the Service by others.
By using FeeMe Service as a user (“You”), you expressly agree with the following terms
You are neither an employee nor an agent of FeeMe. You agree that You are not eligible for any FeeMe employment benefits based on your participation in services facilitated by FeeMe and You shall not identify FeeMe as your employer.
As an application User, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all services that you offer and accept. Accordingly, You represent and warrant that any advice You give and any information You provide (a) will not breach any agreements You have entered into with any third parties, such as your current or former employers, (b) will be in compliance with all applicable laws, e.g. You will not disclose any material nonpublic information about a publicly traded company, (c) will not conflict with the rights of third parties, e.g. disclose confidential information or trade secrets of third parties, and (d) will be true and correct to the best of your knowledge.
FeeMe assumes no responsibility for expertise compliance with any agreements with or duties to third parties, applicable laws, rules, and regulations. FeeMe reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any services, offered, scheduled, or confirmed, for any reason.
Your update on FeeMe's platform emphasizes user responsibility for their submitted content, ensuring they have the proper rights and permissions to authorize FeeMe to use it. Additionally, users must accurately represent their qualifications and expertise in their profiles and services. This ensures both legal compliance and trustworthiness on the platform.
Pricing and Payment for FeeMe Services with Individual Users When a FeeMe service is created on the FeeMe application, the user is solely responsible for determining the price to be charged for the FeeMe Services, such as Asking bounties or questions, messaging, calling, etc.
The price will be displayed on the application.
All transactions with FeeMe will be conducted in Bitcoin. FeeMe will not be responsible for any financial charges imposed on you by your Bitcoin wallet or payment processing companies as a result of your transactions with FeeMe.
FeeMe’s non-custodial wallet operates on a decentralized model, ensuring users retain full control and of their assets. Due to this design, FeeMe cannot access, recover, or reverse transactions made within the non-custodial wallet. As a result, refunds are not available for any funds sent, received, or stored in the wallet, as users are solely responsible for their transactions.
FeeMe encourages users to double-check all wallet addresses and transaction details before proceeding. This approach promotes security and autonomy but requires users to exercise caution and responsibility when managing funds in the non-custodial wallet.
FeeMe reserves the right to suspend accounts if fraudulent activity is suspected. Protecting our community’s integrity, we monitor for misuse and take necessary actions to ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for all users.
As FeeMe continuously optimizes its business, various terms, percentages, timeframes, and cost allocations within this agreement may change. Users are encouraged to review this document regularly; updates will be identified by the revision date at the top. FeeMe will make reasonable efforts to keep users informed of any changes, but users remain responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest terms.
Everything on the FeeMe platform is “Content”, which includes, by way of example, not limited, all software, technology, designs, materials, information, communications, text, graphics, links, electronic art, animations, illustrations, artwork, audio clips, video clips, photos, images, reviews, ideas, and other data or copyrightable materials. If the Content is provided to You by and originated from FeeMe, including, without limitation, the Software and the FeeMe application, it is “FeeMe Content” and proprietary property of FeeMe. Any Content uploaded, transmitted, or posted to the FeeMe platform by a User is "Submitted Content."
As a User supplying Submitted Content, You represent and warrant that You have all licenses, rights, consents, and permissions necessary to grant the rights outlined in these Terms and all that are necessary for FeeMe to use and exploit your Submitted Content, and FeeMe shall not need to obtain any licenses, rights, consents, or permissions from, or make any payments to, any third party for any use or exploitation of your Submitted Content as authorized in these Terms, or have any liability to You or any other party as a result of any use or exploitation of your Submitted Content as authorized in these Terms.
You hereby grant FeeMe a non-exclusive right and license to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, offer, market, and otherwise use and exploit the Submitted Content on the FeeMe application and in any other activities FeeMe engages in, and sublicense it to experts and users for these purposes, either directly or through third parties. You have the right to remove any or all of your Submitted Content at any time. Removal of your Submitted Content will not terminate the foregoing license and rights. You agree that, after such removal, any rights granted to users before removal will continue by the terms provided to those users, and FeeMe retains the discretion to continue using and exploiting the Submitted Content according to the Terms by utilizing copies of the Submitted Content in FeeMe's possession.
FeeMe hereby grants you (as a User) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Submitted Content and FeeMe Content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through FeeMe, by these terms and any additional conditions or restrictions associated with specific services. All other uses are expressly prohibited without FeeMe’s prior written consent, except for uses involving only your own Submitted Content. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, license, or otherwise transfer or use any Submitted Content or FeeMe Content for purposes unrelated to your use of the FeeMe service unless FeeMe provides explicit permission or such uses involve only your own Submitted Content.
As a user, you agree that your access, rights, and license to all Content that is not Submitted Content will be negotiated between you and the other user.
As a user of the FeeMe service, you agree that FeeMe may record, store, or copy content for purposes such as data backup, delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, or operating FeeMe. You grant FeeMe permission to use any content connected to you, including but not limited to your name, likeness, image, voice, Submitted Content, past activities, earnings through FeeMe, and reviews or ratings, in connection with offering, delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, and selling FeeMe, its services, FeeMe Content, and Submitted Content. You waive any rights of privacy, publicity, or similar rights, to the extent permissible under applicable law.
FeeMe will back up content periodically at its discretion. You acknowledge that FeeMe does not guarantee timely backup of any content, including Submitted Content. You are solely responsible for ensuring the safety of the content you have rights to under the Terms and for any potential loss of such content. FeeMe disclaims liability for any loss resulting from data failure.
FeeMe respects all copyright, privacy, and laws and regulations relating to content and information. Any violation of such laws will not be tolerated. Your use of the FeeMe application and service is always governed by, and subject to, laws regarding copyright ownership and the use of intellectual property. You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content ("Content") that violates any third party’s copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. You agree to comply with all laws related to copyright ownership and intellectual property use, and you are solely responsible for any violations of relevant laws or infringements of third-party rights caused by content you provide or transmit, or that is provided or transmitted using your User ID. The responsibility to prove that any Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights rests solely with you.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, FeeMe does not screen, and it is impractical for FeeMe to screen, all Submitted Content. FeeMe does not represent or warrant that Submitted Content is free of violations of any copyright, privacy, or other laws. If you believe that your Submitted Content violates any law, infringes on third-party rights, or poses any risk to a third party, it is your responsibility to take necessary action to correct the situation. If you believe that any Submitted Content or FeeMe Content violates laws or regulations, including copyright laws, you should report it to FeeMe using the contact information listed at the end of this document. Please clearly indicate in the subject line that you are reporting a copyright violation.
You may have heard of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), which relates to online service providers, like FeeMe, being asked to remove material that allegedly infringes on someone’s copyright. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and reserve the right to delete or disable content alleged to be infringing, as well as to terminate the accounts of repeated infringers. FeeMe does not make any representations or warranties concerning any content contained in or accessed through the services (including, without limitation, any advice, information, or other help provided by the user on the FeeMe), and FeeMe will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material contained in or accessed through the FeeMe application or service.
FeeMe makes no representations or warranties regarding suggestions or recommendations of services or products offered or purchased through the FeeMe application or services. The services and content are provided by FeeMe (and its licensors and suppliers) on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that use of the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances and no legal theory (including, without limitation, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise) shall FeeMe be liable to you or any other person for (a) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including damages for lost profits, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, the accuracy of results, or computer failure or malfunction, or (b) any amount, in the aggregate, more than the greater of (I) $100 or (ii) the amounts paid by you to FeeMe in connection with the services in the twelve (12) month period preceding this applicable claim, or (iii) any matter beyond our reasonable control. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitation and exclusions may not apply to you.
When you use the FeeMe application or services, you are communicating with us electronically and consent to receive electronic communications related to your use of the FeeMe application. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the FeeMe application. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Notices from us will be considered delivered to you and effective when sent to the email address you provide on the FeeMe application or from which you otherwise email us.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the FeeMe Services (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration between You and FeeMe. You acknowledge and agree that You and FeeMe are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class in any purported class action or representative proceeding. Further, unless both You and FeeMe otherwise agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of any class or representative proceeding.
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes (collectively, the "AAA Rules") in effect at the time of arbitration unless modified by this "Dispute Resolution" section. The AAA Rules can be accessed www.adr.org/arb_med or by contacting AAA at 1-800-778-7879. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this Section in accordance with U.S. law.
As a User, You shall release, indemnify, defend, and hold FeeMe and its members, managers, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, suits, judgments, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) any violation to these Terms and Conditions by You; (b) your access to, your activities through, or your use of the FeeMe Service and Web App; (c) your Submitted Content; (d) your interaction with any other User; (e) any promise, advice, representation, assertion, presentation, any inform26 OTHER PROVISIONS.
Claims of copyright infringement should be sent to FeeMe following the instructions in the Copyright section of these documents.
You may not assign these terms without FeeMe's prior written approval. FeeMe may assign these terms without your consent to:/ (i) a subsidiary or affiliate; (ii) an acquirer of FeeMe's equity, business, or assets; or (iii) a successor by merger. Any purported assignment that violates this section shall be deemed void. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you, FeeMe, or any Third Party Provider as a result of this Agreement or your use of the Services.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed, and the remaining provisions will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. FeeMe's failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by FeeMe. There is no guarantee or warranty provided by you, express or implied, regarding any information shared with other users or in your use of the FeeMe Service, Application.
